These terms apply to hpltd.shop and mobile applications published by HP PHO LTD, trading as HPLTD. By using a service, you agree to these terms. HP PHO LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 13007004 at Unit 3 Ibex House, 2A Leytonstone Road, London, England, E15 1SE.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may also access it through accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits.

These terms are between you and HP PHO LTD, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, support and claims relating to it, subject to these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the app-licence provisions once you accept them.

If these terms do not include a requirement addressed by Apple’s standard agreement, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

You must use our services lawfully. You must not reverse engineer an app except where law expressly permits it, bypass security, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, scrape or exploit content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use a service to cause harm.

Where an app offers accounts, you are responsible for accurate information and keeping access secure. You retain ownership of content you submit and give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to operate the feature. We may remove unlawful, infringing or harmful content and may suspend misuse.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store’s payment, renewal, cancellation and refund rules. Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. We do not control Apple’s billing systems or refund decisions.

We may update, change or discontinue features for security, legal or operational reasons. Continued use may require an app update and a compatible device or system version. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

HP PHO LTD and its licensors own our apps, website, branding, software and content, excluding content you provide. No rights are granted except the limited licence above. If a third party claims an app infringes intellectual property rights, HP PHO LTD—not Apple—is responsible for investigating and resolving that claim.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. If an app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent the law permits, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, HP PHO LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or opportunity arising from consumer use of a free service. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant government embargo and are not listed on a prohibited or restricted-party list. You must comply with applicable export-control laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. For support or legal questions, email hi@hpltd.shop.
