This policy applies to hpltd.shop and mobile applications published by HP PHO LTD on Apple’s App Store. An app may provide a short in-app notice for a feature that needs additional information. The app’s App Store privacy label summarises the data practices for that specific app.

We use information to provide requested features; operate, secure and troubleshoot our apps; respond to support enquiries; restore purchases or manage subscriptions; meet legal obligations; and understand performance so we can improve our services. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

Where UK or EEA data protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract when providing requested app features, legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, consent where a permission or optional feature asks for it, and legal obligations where applicable. You may withdraw consent through the app, device Settings or by contacting us.

We may share limited information with Apple for distribution, purchases and platform services; hosting, email, analytics, crash-reporting and support providers acting for us; professional advisers; and public authorities when required by law. Providers may process information only for the relevant service and under appropriate safeguards. An app-specific notice or App Store privacy label will identify material practices that differ.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the feature, support request, security, accounting or legal purpose. Retention periods vary by record. You may request deletion by emailing hi@hpltd.shop with the app name and enough detail to locate your information. If an app supports account creation, it will also provide an account-deletion route within the app. Some records may be retained where the law requires it or to establish legal claims.

Unless an app’s store listing expressly says otherwise, our apps are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us for review and deletion.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This website does not set advertising cookies or create user accounts. Firebase Hosting may process essential request and security logs to deliver the site. Links to other websites are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy when an app, provider or legal requirement changes. We will post the current version here and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the affected app.
